Three Peas Celebrations Kids Party Rental Policy

1. Reservation and Booking:

Reservations should be made in advance to secure the desired date and equipment.
A non-refundable deposit of [50% of the total rental cost] is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment is due on or before the day of delivery or pickup.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made seven days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Rental Period:

The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the agreed-upon pickup date.
Rentals beyond the agreed-upon period may be subject to additional charges.

Renters are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment during the rental period.
Charges for repairs or replacements will be assessed based on the extent of damage or replacement cost.

6. Delivery and Pickup:

Delivery and pickup fees may apply and will be discussed during the reservation process.
The renter should ensure that someone is available to receive and return the rented equipment at the agreed-upon times.

7. Safety and Liability:

The safety of children and guests is the responsibility of the renter during the event.
Three Peas Celebrations is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period.

8. Weather Conditions:

For outdoor events, please take appropriate precautions in case of adverse weather conditions.
Rain and other weather-related damage are the responsibility of the renter.

9. Cleaning Fee:

A cleaning fee may be charged if the rented equipment is returned excessively dirty.

10. Agreement: - By booking our equipment, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
